Buying and selling real estate is complex, invigorating, frustrating and profitable – sometimes all at once. Selecting the right real estate agent to keep you balanced during your transaction is the first and most important step. For more than 15 years, satisfied clients have continued to return and consult with Julie Reber, whether they are looking for a new home or investment property, or preparing to sell in a challenging market.
After 15 years of building a very successful business in San Francisco, Julie can now add more value than ever to your real estate endeavors by bringing a multi-dimensional perspective to the plate. She is licensed in three states, active in two. Oregon and California not only share a border, they now share a dynamic realtor!
Julie possesses experience-based real estate insight that is both professional and deeply personal. She is a homeowner, landlord and condo conversion survivor, giving her greater experience with San Francisco’s unique TIC market. She is renowned among colleagues and clients for her friendly, enthusiastic demeanor. But she is also a strong negotiator with a keen eye for investment opportunities, and the ability to organize and streamline even the most complicated transactions.
As a principal broker for Cascade Sotheby's in Bend, OR and a part of the Farm & Ranch Division, Julie is running her own farm and business; Freedom Rock Farms. A 40 acre orchard grass hay farm that raises free range pork that is free of both antibiotic and growth hormone. Land and water management are now part of her business.
As a committed yogi and community activist, Julie’s motto is “Balance Begins at Home.” She believes that your home is not only your most important asset, it's also your sacred living space. Raising two small children in San Francisco helped shape her professional approach, giving her first-hand experience in managing the local school system and finding suitable homes for growing families. She is fully engaged with the city, even donating a significant amount from each closed sale to the school or organization of her client’s choosing.
Raising boys on the farm now helps her visualize a large parcels best use while keeping a keen eye for improvement and marketing for the farmer and/or rancher.
Julie is on the board of several organizations including the YMCA of Richmond District and Friends of Mountain Lake Park. She is a Richmond Booster member of the Richmond District Neighborhood Center, a PTO member for Buckingham Elementary, a volunteer for Congregation Beth Sholom Preschool and has raised more than $10,000 for the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society in several triathlons.
She truly embodies the spirit that real estate isn’t just a career – it’s her lifestyle!
