"Julie has been a part of our “family” ever since 2005. Just before I met my wife Katy, she found Julie to get help finding a condo or TIC for her move to San Francisco. The two of them hit it off right away…going so far as to even consider co-investing in a duplex together. It was actually during her first house-hunting trip to San Francisco, that Katy and I met. She put an offer on a TIC in Pacific Heights, but our relationship quickly coalesced, so it soon became clear that her TIC wouldn’t be big enough for her, her dog, me, my dog, and my cat. We decided to cancel that deal and send Julie off again to find a larger home for our fledgling Brady Bunch family. Within a week, she found the fabulous home in Cole Valley where we live today. Julie is still part of our lives, both keeping us up to date on the real estate market in SF and, more importantly, as a friend."
